The Editors
SLCGroup Inc. was established in 2015 to streamline and enhance a legacy of operational excellence spanning over two decades. Our foundation was simple: the country’s best institutional readers deserved a partner who showed up every single cycle, without fail.
A Magazine Company (Legacy & Consolidation). The bedrock of our business was laid by Susan L. Cidro, who built three separate, highly successful enterprises specializing in the distribution, warehousing, and sales of the world’s most prestigious international publications.
Upon her retirement, these operations were consolidated into a single, unified entity under the leadership of Michelle C. Casio, who took the helm as President and CEO.
Premium Print & Subscription Logistics. This consolidation carried deep corporate partnerships seamlessly into a new era. For years, our core operation focused on driving subscription sales and managing the nationwide delivery of global print titles shaping worldwide conversations: TIME, FORTUNE, The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, and The Economist Premium.
Pivot to ESG & Sustainability. When global media shifted hard to digital, we faced a choice: shrink with print, or evolve. We chose to innovate.
It happened organically. Handling distribution built deep publisher relationships. Those relationships grew into editorial work, opening a brand-new door: ESG storytelling for the very institutions reading our titles. We noticed that the corporate leaders and sustainability practitioners reading our magazines needed a place to connect, collaborate, and build solutions. So, we built that for them, too.
Under Michelle’s leadership, we transformed our capabilities without losing our roots:
The next chapter. Looking forward, this journey expands into a dedicated academy beginning quietly in 2026.
We didn’t just adapt to the changing times—we listened to the market, expanded our horizons, and continued to deliver what matters.
The shape has changed. The standard has not.

SLC Group operates as a holding company with four specialized pillars, each addressing a different layer of how knowledge, content, and credibility move through Filipino institutions.
Modernized logistics built on two decades of subscription and corporate fulfillment experience. Print and digital subscription management, warehousing, last-mile delivery, and white-glove corporate fulfillment for reports and kits.
Institutional social media management, ESG and corporate storytelling, video production, and content repurposing — for clients who need a content partner with the discretion of a back-office, not the noise of an agency.
A non-NGO mobilizer that convenes networks, manages events and grants, and publishes sustainability playbooks. We currently support PASSFI on the Philippine sustainability movement and execute an Asian Development Bank-funded project to help businesses adopt sustainable practices.
TESDA-aligned vocational training in green supply chain operations, digital marketing for SMEs, and modern logistics — bringing our institutional knowledge to the workforce that will build the next decade of Philippine business.
“When a global publisher entrusted us with a brand like Time or The Wall Street Journal, they were not testing a vendor — they were securing a partner with a proven track record. We bring the same standard to every contract, every package, every campaign, every grant.”
Founded SLCGroup in 2014. Currently chairs the company and oversees the sustainability convening practice.
