PRACTICE 03 · CONVENING
EST. 2024

Convening the Philippine sustainability movement.

SLCG Sustainability Alliance is a non-NGO mobilizer that brings together the institutions, alliances, and operators turning ESG ambition into operational reality.

HOW WE WORK

Convening the movement, and writing it down.

The Alliance doesn’t just bring organizations into a room — it publishes what comes out of it. Every convening produces a record: a playbook, a shared standard, a public resource the sector can build on after the meeting ends.

Network Convening

Connecting corporations, NGOs, and government partners around shared sustainability priorities.

Event & Grant Management

End-to-end management of sustainability events and grant-funded programs, from planning through reporting.

Playbook Publishing

Publishing practical playbooks and knowledge resources that help members act on sustainability commitments.

Why Non-NGO

The Sustainability Alliance is a for-profit convening and services entity, not itself an NGO. This structure lets us move faster than a typical nonprofit — commissioning research, managing events, and publishing playbooks on commercial timelines — while remaining a neutral convener that any organization, NGO or corporate, can partner with without competing for the same donor funding.
